The meeting will be held at 1:00 pm in room 212.

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Approval of minutes of the meeting of March 15th 1995.
3. Matters arising.
4. Progress towards provision of a student common room.
5. Provision of paper copies of past examination papers.
6. Problems with printing and print quotas (MRes especially).
7. Computing resources (MSc CS and DCNDS resources felt to be inadequate, request for additional FD drives).
8. Problems arising from current courses.
9. Request for extended hours of access to laboratories (MRes and MSc CS/IT especially).
10. Request for 3rd year u/gs to have access to the CS research library.
11. Request for the exam schedule to be better spaced.
12. Any other business.
