This is the home page of the student support activities in the CS department. These activities fall into two broad categories: paid PhD student demonstrators and RF-related activities, which are considered a normal part of each research fellow's duties.
The teaching support coordinator is Gabriel Brostow, whose role description is as follows:

Teaching support coordinator

Responsible for the effective running of teaching support by RFs and PhD student demonstrators. This includes maintaining current information about RF/PhD teaching interests and abilities, organising appropriate training, allocating responsibilities in a fair and transparent way, and monitoring the running of the scheme. The teaching support coordinator will liaise between RFs/PhDs and academic staff to ensure that there is continuing professional development and appropriate engagement; furthermore, he or she will act as a focal point for addressing any legitimate student concerns. The holder of this post will be ex officio a member of the teaching committee.

All queries related to the running of our teaching support activities should be directed to Gabriel in the first instance.
