The Computer Science Staff-Student Consultative Committee (SSCC)

Agenda for meeting to be held 1-2.00pm on Monday 23rd February 2009 in MPEB1.20.

  1. Apologies for absence.

  2. Notification of any other business.

  3. Approval of minutes of the last meeting on 28th November 2008.
    - Minutes should be signed by the chair and at least one student representative. 

  4. Matters arising from the minutes of the previous meeting:
    - Budget for enhancing the student common room (all reps)
    - Availability of past exam papers (Nicola Jarvis)
    - COMP3005 coursework (Graham Roberts)
    - Keyboard cleaning in labs (Graham Roberts) 

  5. Chairs of Boards of Examiners Reports for 2007/8 (Graham Roberts) 

  6. Any Other Business.

  7. The next meeting is due in November 2009. In June 2009 there will be end of year wrap-up sessions for each undergraduate year, providing a forum similar to that of the SSCC.
