The Computer Science Staff-Student Consultative Committee (SSCC)

Agenda for meeting to be held 1-2.00pm on Monday 18th February 2008 in MPEB1.20.

  1. Apologies for absence.

  2. Notification of any other business.

  3. Approval of minutes of the last meeting on 5th March 2007.
    - Minutes should be signed by chair and at least one student representative. 

  4. Matters arising from last minutes:
    - CS software on IS machines (Reps)
    - Clock batteries (JJ)

  5. Silent Study Room Moving to 4th Floor (Graham Roberts)

  6. National Student Survey (Nicola Jarvis)

  7. Advanced MSc and 4th year exams moving from March to May from 2010 (Graham Roberts) 

  8. Micorwave oven for student common room (Uloaku Ojiaku) 

  9. Any Other Business.

  10. The next meeting is due in November 2008. In June 2008 there will be end of year wrap-up sessions for each undergraduate year, providing a forum similar to that of the SSCC.
