How can I access my provisional result letter?
- The Department of Computer Science will automatically send provisional results letters to all undergraduates and affiliates through the post.
- You should ensure that your CONTACT address in Portico is correct by 15th June at the latest, as this is the address that will be used to send your letter.
- The department will not be distributing letters/copies of letters in the department at any time. However provisional results will be displayed in the departmental foyer, (5th Floor, Malet Place Engineering Building), listed by candidate number.
When are they released?
We aim to make provisional results available this year by: 28th June 2013
Please carefully note the following:
- You will need to allow time for the letter to get to you.
- We are not able to track your letters once posted, so please do not ask for updates.
- If you have not received your letter by 20th July, then please email Undergraduate Administrator with your name, student number and address and we will arrange for it to be re-sent.
- We are not permitted to communicate marks via email or phone, so please do not ask.
- Should any delay to the posting of results letters occur, details will be posted here. If there are no delays mentioned, please assume your results have been sent as expected.
- Any information you receive from any department about your results will be strictly provisional. Results are not confirmed until they have been ratified by the UCL Board of Examiners.

- No report will be made on the student’s results until the debt has been settled in full and attendance at a Graduation Ceremony will not be permitted unless the whole debt has been cleared by the due date.
- All other students who are in debt to UCL will have their official results withheld and/or will not be permitted to enrol at any future session.
