IC - some policy pieces not quite there yet.
UCL - mostly done - the stack manager is not strictly "complete"
but they have no deliverable between now and Oct, so can deliver i
nthat time.
Lancaster - Grace must confirm, but basically there - David Hitchison
will send copies of recent papers to BT
Loughborough, as per agreement, the ATM work has taken a backseat to
the adaptive moniutoring, and this was encouraged.
Oxford Brookes had some workplan changes, and these were now
progressing fine.
Cambridge - need to sort some of their liason a bit.
3. Workplan for years 4 and 5.
(see current draft
OBU and Cambridge need to sort out a lot more details with their
respective contacts at BT.
The UCL, Lancaster work plans are fine. Loughborough should make sure
they keep flexibility to contue adaptive work or go to more atm work
as interest changes.
IC need to look a bit more at the auto-policy stuff.
All finished versins of workplans to BT by end of April, we hope.
4 AOB

This is a plan to use the London/East Anglia network between BT, UCL
and Cambridge Centers for Communications Systems Research to carry out
low level comms research.
UCL mentioned its two JISC/BT proposals to look at Video over IP, and
IP QoS (different router queueing schemes, and signaling/RSVP
deployment), and two MNA proposals to do some
distance learing work on aforesaid network. Loughborough mentined
their excellent progress on patenting work within this project, plus
ATM work.
