Short info: Dimitris is a former PhD student of the Department of Computer Science, University College London, ex member of the Networked Multimedia Research Group. He received his first degree from the Computer Engineering and Informatics Department (CEID), at University of Patras, Greece, in 1993. Afterwards, he was employed for two years by a major Greek IT company and then moved to the UK, where he has worked in numerous posts in the industry as a researcher, engineer, developer, trainer and consultant.

He did his PhD at UCL-CS, on Networked Multimedia and, in particular, IP Telephony. Now he is involved with numerous things that attract (and distract...) his attention, a description of which is rather lengthy to include here. For the more curious, there is a detailed CV, available on request through e-mail.
