Daniel DuiI am a research student in Computer Science in the Software Systems Engineering Group at University College London. My main research topic is Language Engineering and more broadly Consistency Management. In particular I am interested in the evolution of XML-based languages. My supervisors are Wolfgang Emmerich and Anthony Finkelstein. The sponsor and industrial partner for the project is UBS Investment Bank. I am involved in the standardisation of the Financial products Markup Language (FpML), an XML-based language used to represent over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives and other structured financial products. FpML is promoted by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). I am a member of the Architecture and Validation Working Groups. |
