The paper should be submitted as PDF.
Make sure you use Type 1 fonts.
These can be obtained using PDFLATEX
For Unix users of LaTeX using ps2pdf
one should use:

dvips -Ppdf -G0 paper
-
ps2pdf -dMaxSubsetPct=100 -dCompatibilityLevel=1.2 -dSubsetFonts=true
-dEmbedAllFonts=true paper.ps
Please avoid any use of paper size, i.e. avoid
A4 or letter. Please check your \usepackage to make sure
it is free of a reference to letterhead and free of A4.
