• BEAMING 2010-2014 (EU) An integrated project on next-generation telepresence systems.
• Progen 2009-2011 (TSB) With Rebellion Software and Goldsmiths College. Investigating procedural modelling.
• KTP with Healthcare Learning Company 2009-2011 (TSB) On haptic interaction in teaching contexts.

• Presenccia 2006-2010 (EU IST C/N 27731) With 14 EU partners. A programme of experimental work on presence bridging to neuroscience.

• GeoVue 2005-2008 (ESRC RES-149-25-1023) e-Science related funding to look at large online 2D & 3D mapping
  
• Equator IRC 2000-2007 (EPSRC GR/N15986/01) With seven other UK sites. A broad project on ubiquitous computing and mixed-reality, with a focus on evaluation and real systems
  
• EQUATOR/MIAS E-Science Demonstrator (DTI) Medical imaging on the UCL CAVE-like system
• Advanced Grid Interfaces for Environmental Science in the Lab and in the Field 2002-2005 (EPSRC GR/R81985/01) Mobile, tracked pollution monitoring, with 2D & 3D map-based visualisation.
• Presence Working Group 2001-2002 (EU IST-2000-31014) Developing the presence agenda in Europe.
• React/Interact 2002-2005 (EPSRC GR/R81046/01) Presence and interaction in immersive environments.
• Presencia 2003-2006 (IST-2001-37927) Presence and neuroscience.
