I am a leading industry consultant and have advised a large number of 'blue-chip' companies. Areas of particular expertise include: large-scale information systems; information strategy and organisational transformation; software development methods and management; the management and organisation of information services.
I have substantial experience as an expert in legal disputes, due diligence for technology investors, and providing advice on corporate R & D strategy. I also have experience in the conduct of post-implementation reviews.
