SDK
The SDK package provides open access to all the key Superscape internals allowing users to extend the VRT and Visualiser using the C programming language. This allows almost limitless flexibility in building virtual reality applications, making the SDK the ultimate VRT accessory.

The Superscape Developers Kit is an optional extension to VRT for C programmers who wish to interface to the Superscape code at a low level. The Application Program Interface (API) gives truly open access to the Superscape software providing enormous application flexibility.

VRT
The VRT is Superscape's complete graphical environment for the creation of virtual worlds. Through the VRT's editors the user can create and manipulate the virtual world in real time to give it whatever appearance and interactions they want.

The Networks extension to VRT allows for the unlimited production of Virtual Worlds that can then be shared across a network of Visualisers.

Viscape
"Superscape's Viscape is the fastest, most functional, and most popular realtime 3D Web browser available. Use it as a Netscape plug-in to interact with Superscape virtual worlds."
Visualiser
The Superscape Visualiser is a stand-alone virtual reality runtime product. It is used to visualize virtual worlds and host independent applications built using the VRT. To make authoring easy it is incorporated into the VRT authoring environment.

It is free on the Worldwide Web - accessible from the Try>Visualiser Page.

VRML 1.0 Draft Specification
VRML is a proposed design based on the Silicon Graphics Open Inventor ASCII file format. Originally called the Inventor VRML, this format has evolved into what is now the VRML format.

VRML is also called a "Markup Language" for reasons that it is used in a fashion similar to HTML (HyperText Markup Language), but for rendering 3D graphics rather than text. VRML, however, is in no way derived from HTML.

This document represents VRML Version 1.0 Specification (Draft).
