The company's sales and profits in 1993 were 48.5 and 8.4 $m, respectvely, while it was employing 448 people.

Name: Mr. Stylianos-Alexandros Frangos

Nationality: Hellenic, U.S.A

Academic Qualifications & Experience: Mr. Frangos holds a MSc in Computer & Information Science awarded by the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, N.J. in May 1986 and a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering awarded by the Rutgers College of Engineering, New Brunswick, N.J. in May 1983.

Since November 1991, he has been the Quality Assurance Manager of INTRASOFT holding responsibility for the development of the quality assurance department of the company. Mr. Frangos has performed quality management for a wide range of projects including: (1) Ministry of Finance, Tax Information System (TAXIS), (2) Inkombank, Integrated banking software for a Russian bank, (3) CORDIS, Database for all EU Research-activities, (4) Netview DM/SFP, Skinny Focal Point Feature for IBM Semea, Italy (5) Macedonia & Thrace Bank, integrated banking software Intracim, and (6) CIM software for INTRACOM.

He has also been the principle designer of Intrasoft's Quality Management System (QMS) covering the entire software development and maintenance process. Defined Intrasoft's generic software development process and is the major designer of Intrasoft's metrics program. Responsibilities include the development of standards/procedures for all software lifecycle phases, project management procedures and the specification of all necessary steps required so as to obtain third party certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, AQAP, etc..). Furthermore he has held responsibility for the selection and deployment of CASE tools as well as for the management of all the CASE tool development projects.

Mr. Frangos has extensive experience as a trainer for topics in software engineering, CASE tools, system analysis, project management, software costing and quality engineering.

Prior to is current position, Mr. Frangos has been a senior research engineer at CTC(Athens Greece, L.Mesogeion 454) participating several EEC research projects for the ESPRIT and RACE programs, involving object oriented systems, function points, metrics, software cost estimation, software engineering environment construction, software maintenance and information engineering (IEW/ADW). He has also been a Lead Engineer at ARESCON, (Manama Bahrain, Arabian Gulf, P.O. Box 2774), being responsible for providing applications and systems software for simulation system projects based on DEC MicroVAX II(chemical processes) and for managing various projects.

Name: Mrs. Kelly Soutou

Academic Qualifications & Experience: Mrs. Soutou holds a MSc in Computer Science, (New York University, Courant Institute of Mathematical and Computer Science,1990) and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering(University of Patras, Greece, June 1988).

Since 1993, she has been a quality engineer at INTRASOFT, being responsible for the development of guidelines and standards for all software life cycle phases, project monitoring procedures, specification of necessary steps required for obtaining third party certification (AQAP, ISO 9001), selection, deployment and methodological support of CASE and development tools (ADW, IPSYS IE, PowerBuilder). She has also been responsible for the performance of certain awareness and training events in the context of ESPITI project, an ESSI project that aims to increase the level of awareness of the benefits of ISO 9000 and Software Process Improvement, through awareness events, training and working groups. Mrs. Soutou has performed quality management for a wide range of projects, including (1) Inkombank, Integrated banking software for a Russian bank, (2) Ministry of Finance, Tax Information System (TAXIS), (3) ERTICO - Document Retrieval System for the dissemination of ATT knowledge, program news and results, (4) Macedonia & Thrace Bank, integrated banking software, (5) MultiWare- Office Automation and WorkFlow management, (6) Information Provisioning System for the Technical Chamber of Greece.

She has also been leader of the INTRASOFT teams for various projects including the ESPRIT project COMPLEMENT( methodologies and tools for the development of real time and embedded systems, such as SADT, SA/RT, SSADM, TOCCATA, HOOD, PetriNets).

Prior to her current position, Mrs. Soutou has been a reaserch engineer at IBM T.J. Watson Research Centre, involved in the development of routing and scheduling algorithms for jobs with response time objectives, in highly parallel environments.
