SYNOPSIS
counttracts -inputfile <tracts> [options]
DESCRIPTION
This program runs through a set of tracts and outputs the total number.
EXAMPLES
Count streamlines in a file tracts.Bfloat
cat tracts.Bfloat | counttracts
counttracts -inputfile tracts.Bfloat
