UCL/PRMIA hosts executive programme

Last week UCL hosted its second annual Executive Education programme in collaboration with PRIMIA. UCL welcomed more than 20 delegates from all over the world – Mexico, Egypt, Pakistan, India, South Africa, Ghana, Belarus, Turkey and numerous other European countries.

Risk analysts and academics from Switzerland and India as well as PhD students in financial computing united in London for an intensive workshop in Risk Measurement and Management. Directed by Donald Lawrence, UCL, it included lecturers like David Lawrence, former Global Head of Risk for Citi, William Shaw and Marc Moore from UCL, Damiano Brigo and  Cristin Buescu from KCL, Jonathan Howitt from PRMIA, Pierre Pourquery, BCG, and Anthony Kirby, Ernst & Young, as well as speakers from Citibank, Deutsche and RBS. The programme introduced the participants to thought-provoking case studies and stimulating analysis and forecasting methodologies.
