Registration
As the number of places is limited we encourage registration before
the 8th of December. The workshop fees (inc. VAT) are as follows:

These fees cover participation, proceedings (which will be handed out
on the day) and a light refreshment. To register, simply print and complete
in block capitals a one per person copy of the registration
form and send it along with your fees to:

A confirmation email will be sent back to you soon after that, guaranteeing
your place in the workshop. Please indicate if you would like a receipt
to be collected on the day. Unfortunately, we can not accept cash or credit
cards; payment is by cheque only, made payable to: University
College London. Please note that fees are non-refundable, however your
registration is transferable.
