Abstract

In this CMIC seminar, I will be presenting a synopsis of my phd efforts on the use of interventional MRI to localise surgical targets and eloquent brain areas for surgical management of epilepsy. In particular, I will be focusing on accurate localisation of the Optic Radiation during the intervention. The proposed workflow is integrated into the surgical workflow at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) and is in regular clinical use.
