Title:
Web Development (Front and Back end) opportunity at online lead generation company

Body:
We are a small but growing 5 year old company currently with two web sites: rscpp.co.uk and coachingconnecta.co.uk. Our primary site rscpp.co.uk connects people
with mental health Therapists, we are researching new industries and countries to which to apply our business model.

Unlike our competition, we don't charge the 1,700 Therapists to be on the site; we earn solely by commission on finding them clients. This drives us to create new
and innovative ways to bring clients to the site, and match them with the best Therapist for them.

As a company with 5 staff, dealing with 1,700 Therapists and in total over 20,000 enquiries, we rely heavily on our system to do the "heavy lifting". We automate
as much day to day running of the business as we can, so there is a lot more to our fully in-house built system than may initially meet the eye from the front end.

The system is built in PHP/MySQL running on Apache, utilising Javascript/jQuery, as well as of course HTML/CSS. It integrates directly with Google Adwords API,
LinkedIn API, Google Maps, Twitter, Postcodeanywhere, SagePay, SMS and Email Gateways and more. Search Engine Optimisation is essential for us.

We are looking for a new recruit whose first project will be to develop a new in-house affiliate platform for us so that we can broaden our reach into new areas
to find clients for our Therapists. This will involve a feature rich self service area for affiliates to manage their accounts, allowing them to maximise their
productivity. You will be working closely with our Technical Director who is also the lead Architect and Head of Development, and will be involved in the full
development cycle, from specification though to delivery. You will gain a unique insight into the running of a small business, and see your work on the live web sites.

Skills:
- Required: PHP, MySQL, HTML
- Nice to haves: Javascript, jQuery, CSS
Salary: £15k-£17k depending on relevant experience.
Placement length: Summer 2013 to Summer 2014. Exact dates negotiable.
Location: Matthews Yard (Coworking Space), East Croydon, CR0 1FF
Applications: CV and covering letter to <a href="mailto://placement@rscpp.co.ukplacement@rscpp.co.uk<mailto:placement@rscpp.co.uk</a>>

Kind Regards,

Tommy
